Range Standing Orders and Code of Conduct.

Squadded Rifle Meeting 2017 - Official Scores And Prize Winners
The Staffordshire Smallbore Rifle Association
Combined Open Meeting 2017 was, once again, well attended over the course
of the weekend. The majority of competitors opting to shoot on the Sunday.
With
the weather conditions offering a subtle mix of blue skies, light cloud
cover, pleasant
temperatures,
and a variable light breeze - just to give the shooters something extra
to think about - it proved to be a testing and very closely fought competition.
For the majority of the Sunday details, the
potential threat of any light rain held off, until after the final shots
had been loosed.
The ensuing presentation ceremony, which was
usually held outdoors on the steps of the clubhouse, was quickly relocated
indoors
as a light
but steady drizzle began to fall.
As you will see from the various photographs
which appear on the following pages, the clubhouse proved to be the ideal
retreat, thus allowing the proud recipients of the many prizes awarded to
do so in rather more convivial conditions.
Master of Ceremonies for the occasion was
SSRA Chairman - Richard Tilstone, with SSRA President - Major
(Retired) Peter Martin MBE - presenting the awards.

Many thanks go to all of the competitors
who participated in the meeting, and to all those people who were officiating
at the event. Your involvement made the event a great success. We
look forward to seeing you all at next years event.
